Every lead answered before the next agent's. Every viewing booked.
A 2023 mystery shop found UK agents took an average of four working hours to answer a portal enquiry, and left roughly 48% of sales enquiries unanswered altogether. Meanwhile tenants send boiler photos at 7am. All of it answered, booked, routed and logged, on your existing number, inbox and calendar. Builds priced per business running priced per business a month.

What a finished workflow looks like
Press play. This is the phone one, because it is the hardest to picture: answered in two seconds, facts looked up in your system, booking written back, confirmation sent, summary to you. Every workflow we build has that same shape, whether it runs on a call, a message or a schedule.
Voice is optional and most clients start without it. Your number stays yours; forward on no-answer, out of hours, or all calls, and calls are billed at cost, roughly 10–15p a minute.
Does it work with our CRM (Reapit, Alto, Street, Jupix)?
Where the CRM has an API or email-in, yes. Where it doesn't, we work from a shared sheet or the CRM's export, and the negotiator confirms in the CRM. We'll tell you exactly which on the first call; the full list is on the integrations page.
Will applicants know it's automated?
Your call. Most agents send under the office name with a negotiator's name on the viewing, and a person picks up the conversation at the viewing. Applicants mostly want a fast, correct answer and a real slot.
What about offers and negotiations?
Never automated. Any offer, any negotiation on price or terms, goes straight to the negotiator with the thread and a suggested reply.
Is this compliant with our obligations?
It never gives advice, never quotes terms that aren't in your data, and logs everything. We'll walk your compliance person through exactly what it can and can't say before it goes live.
Twenty minutes on the phone. Then a straight answer.
Tell us what you keep doing by hand. We'll tell you which workflow pays back first, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If it isn't, we say so.
