Availability in seconds, in two languages, from an airport car park.
Our first pilot is an independent rental a few minutes from Madeira Airport. Late-night enquiries, real money, Portuguese and English. Tours and activity operators work the same way.

Where the time goes, and what takes it back
- Availability and quotesCars, dates, prices, insurance and extras from your fleet sheet. Booking held with a licence photo. Discounts flagged to you, never invented.
- Pick-up instructionsThe day before: meeting point, driver's number, what to bring. Flight number captured so you know when they land.
- Reception phone lineCalls answered in Portuguese or English when you're on the road. Availability checked, booking held, summary texted to you.
- Return and reviewA thank-you and review request the day after return. Damage or complaints go to you privately.
- Tours and activitiesEnquiries to confirmed bookings, group messages with meeting point and weather updates, review requests after.

What a finished workflow looks like
Press play. This is the phone one, because it is the hardest to picture: answered in two seconds, facts looked up in your system, booking written back, confirmation sent, summary to you. Every workflow we build has that same shape, whether it runs on a call, a message or a schedule.
Voice is optional and most clients start without it. Your number stays yours; forward on no-answer, out of hours, or all calls, and calls are billed at cost, roughly 10–15p a minute.
When does the pilot go live?
Q4 2026. The case study with real numbers goes up after 30 days live.
Does it work with rental software?
Where the software has an API or email-in, yes; otherwise from a fleet sheet you control, which is how most independent rentals already work.
Can it handle deposits and payments?
It can send a payment link from your Stripe or similar; it never takes card details itself.
Twenty minutes on the phone. Then a straight answer.
Tell us what you keep doing by hand. We'll tell you which workflow pays back first, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If it isn't, we say so.
