Priced on what it's worth to you.
We don't publish a rate card, because the same workflow is worth something different to a twelve-room guesthouse and a forty-car rental fleet. Start with an audit and you get a written number before you commit to anything — and the audit fee comes off your build. Every build includes testing on your real messages and training for your team. One-off, yours to keep. Running costs are billed at cost with nothing hidden. Prices exclude VAT.
Starter: reviews & follow-ups
One workflow, live in about a week. After a job, stay or meal, the customer gets a short message. Happy ones get your Google or Tripadvisor link; unhappy ones reach you privately first, before they reach the internet.
Because a full build is a big first step
Most of our work starts with an audit and a full build. That is the right route if the phone or the inbox is the problem. But if you just want to see whether we are any good before spending four figures, this is the smallest honest piece of work we can do that still pays for itself.
It is also the one that needs least from you: a review link, a trigger, and half an hour of your time.
Audit
A week inside your business. We map where the time goes, pick the workflow with the biggest payback and give you a written plan with real numbers, including an honest "not yet" if that's the answer.
Build
One workflow, built, tested and handed over live. Reviews priced per business; enquiry replies or booking priced per business; ops triage priced per business; AI receptionist priced per business; custom agents quoted after the audit.
Run
Monitoring, fixes and tuning as your business changes, plus one new small automation each quarter. Month to month. Cancel whenever; the workflows stay yours.
Running costs are billed at cost: AI usage usually £5–£20 a month, phone minutes ~10–15p each (receptionist only). We show the real figures in the audit.
If the audit does not find you at least ten hours a month of work worth automating, we say so plainly and refund the fee. We would rather lose the audit fee than build something you did not need, and an honest "not yet" is a perfectly good outcome for a first conversation.
There is no lock-in anywhere else either. The Run plan is month to month, the workflows sit on your own accounts, and cancelling stops our monitoring rather than your service.

Rough numbers, deliberately conservative. Pick a preset or move the sliders.
Deliberately conservative: we assume nineteen out of twenty late replies were never going to book anyway. Every assumption is shown rather than buried. The research these are based on is published, graded and sourced.
Three questions and we'll say which one we'd build first.

- Tested on your real messagesRun against last month's actual enquiries or calls before a customer ever sees it.You export last month's WhatsApp, email or call log. We run the workflow against every message, side by side with what your team actually sent, and tune the instructions until the AI's answer is at least as good. You see the whole comparison before go-live.
- Two weeks of human reviewEvery reply comes to you first until it's clean. Then simple ones go out alone. For the first fortnight every reply is drafted, sent to you on WhatsApp, and only goes to the customer when you tap approve. We watch the ones you edit and tighten the instructions the same day. After two clean weeks, simple replies go out on their own.
- Training and a one-page guideFor you or whoever runs the desk. If it needs a manual, it isn't finished.A 30-minute walkthrough for whoever runs the desk, plus a single page covering what it does, what it will never do, how to pause it and how to change a price or a rule yourself.
- Your accounts, your accessSet up on your own logins. Revoke ours any time from your account settings.Everything is authorised on Google's, Meta's or Microsoft's own login screens with your account. We hold an access token, never a password. Revoking it takes one click in your account settings and nothing else changes.
- The no-guessing ruleFacts only from your data; everything else is flagged to you with a draft.Prices, dates, availability and policies come from your sheet, calendar or system, and nowhere else. If the fact isn't there, it asks you rather than the customer. This rule is in the instructions of every workflow we build.
- Written scope and priceFixed price agreed before we build. If the audit says "not yet", we say so.Before any build starts you get one page: what it does, what it connects to, what it costs, and the date it goes live. If the audit finds it isn't worth automating, the audit says so and the fee stops there.
Twenty minutes on the phone. Then a straight answer.
Tell us what you keep doing by hand. We'll tell you which workflow pays back first, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If it isn't, we say so.
