What a finished workflow looks like
Press play. This is the phone one, because it is the hardest to picture: answered in two seconds, facts looked up in your system, booking written back, confirmation sent, summary to you. Every workflow we build has that same shape, whether it runs on a call, a message or a schedule.
Voice is optional and most clients start without it. Your number stays yours; forward on no-answer, out of hours, or all calls, and calls are billed at cost, roughly 10–15p a minute.
Which PMS or channel manager does it work with?
Anything with an API or email notifications: Cloudbeds, Mews, Little Hotelier, Guesty, Lodgify, Smoobu, or a plain availability sheet for a smaller guesthouse. We confirm the exact connection on the first call; see the integrations page for the full list.
Can it take reservations by phone?
Yes. It checks live availability, quotes your rate, takes the booking or holds it pending a card link, and texts the guest a confirmation. Anything unusual is taken as a message with a callback.
Does it really handle other languages?
Yes. It detects the guest's language and replies in it, including by phone. Your house rules and price list can stay in English.
What happens with complaints?
They never get an automated reply. The guest is told a person will be in touch, and you get the thread plus a suggested reply on WhatsApp.
Twenty minutes on the phone. Then a straight answer.
Tell us what you keep doing by hand. We'll tell you which workflow pays back first, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If it isn't, we say so.
